Getting Started
How do I connect my app?
During onboarding, search for your app by name or developer. We use Apple's App Store API to find it, and then start pulling your latest reviews automatically. If you can't find your app in search, you can paste the App Store link instead.
Do I need to paste my App ID or URL?
No. You can simply search by app name. The App Store link option is available only as a fallback.

Reviews & Insights
Which reviews does AppLovable import?
We import the most recent reviews from Apple's iTunes RSS feed, across multiple countries. This usually gives you 50–200 recent reviews, depending on your app's footprint.
Can I see all historical reviews for my app?
Not yet. AppLovable currently only supports recent reviews via RSS. In the future, we'll add an integration with App Store Connect to pull the full review history.
What happens if my app doesn't have many recent reviews?
You'll still see whatever we can pull in. If there aren't enough reviews to generate strong insights, you'll see a message explaining this, and you can preview a sample dashboard for reference.
How does AI Issue Detection work?
Our system clusters similar reviews into common themes — for example, "login problems," "ads," or "performance." This makes it easy to spot recurring issues without manually tagging reviews.
What does the AI Summary include?
It gives you a clear, plain-language summary of recent user feedback, highlighting what people love and what frustrates them most.
How often does AppLovable update my data?
We fetch new reviews daily. Your dashboard will refresh automatically with new reviews, summaries, and issue clusters.
Pricing & Billing
How much does AppLovable cost?
Our Early Supporter Plan is $29/month (limited-time launch price). The price will increase to $49/month in the future, but early customers lock in their rate.
Do you offer a free trial?
No. Instead, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy, email support@applovable.com within 14 days of signing up, and we'll refund you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from the billing portal at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
Do you charge per app?
No. The Early Supporter Plan is a flat monthly price and covers one app per account. Multi-app and agency plans are on our roadmap.
Using the Dashboard
What will I see in my dashboard?
How long does it take to generate insights after I sign up?
Usually less than a minute. In Step 3 of onboarding, we fetch your reviews, run AI summaries, and detect issues. Once that's done, you'll be taken to your dashboard.
Can I download or share my insights?
Not in the current version. For now, all insights are available in the dashboard. Export and weekly email digest features are coming soon.
Security & Data
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe. We never store your card details.
What about my App Store data?
We only import public review data from Apple. We do not access private developer data or credentials in AppLovable.
How is my account secured?
Your password is stored securely with encryption via Supabase Auth.
Roadmap Questions
What app review sources do you support?
Right now, we only support Apple's App Store. Google Play support is coming very soon — we're working on it and it will be available in the next few weeks.
Will you support other app stores?
Yes, this is on our roadmap. After Google Play, we plan to add support for other major app stores and review platforms.
When will historical review imports be available?
We plan to add an App Store Connect integration in the future, which will allow you to import all historical reviews for apps you own.
Will you add a weekly email digest?
Yes. This will be our next feature coming soon — you'll get a summary, top issues, and rating trends in your inbox every week.
